Why do we see flowers on the poster, not desserts?! On the 21st of August, the project «I like gluten free» celebrates anniversary – one year of participation in Restaurant Day, and it will be for the fifth time we take part in it. This may be the last Restaurant Day for the project. Besides, from May 2016, the founders of the movement proposed the concept “Restaurant Day – every day” and invited to get new ideas about the festival. It is impossible to determine whether they will continue to arrange Restaurant Days every three months in St.-Petersburg as they did before.

So write down into your diaries for August 21, that you must visit the gluten-free pop-up restaurant “I like gluten free”. I’m your chef this time will cook for you not only desserts without gluten, dairy, eggs, refined sugar and other allergens, but also salads and sandwiches so that you could feed youeself for the whole day. I will not tell you all the secrets of the menu, but I promise that it will be even more interesting than before.

“I like gluten free” will be located on oasis of nature, romance and active recreation  – in “River Wake Club” of Central Yacht Club in St.-Petersburg /Russia/.

And so on the 21st of August, from 14:00 until the evening I’ll be waiting for you all at: Petrovskaya kosa, 9.

The project “I like gluten free” invites you on 24 July (Sunday) to the masterclass in cooking frozen fruit sorbet without sugar, which we do with you on the basis of non-dairy yogurt. We will eat it with a gluten-free vegan ice cream cone.

I will also show you the technology of creating yogurt, and we will sculpt candy from the pulp of the cashew.

The masterclass will start at 11.30 am and last about 2 hours.

The cost is 1100 rubles if you did a repost in the group Vkontakte or Instagram; if not – 1200 rubles. On 26th June (Sunday) I would like to invite you to a masterclass in making gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free ice-cream. You will also gain a skill in making home-made nut milk quickly and effortlessly. And out of the cashew pulp together we will cook an Indian dessert called kaju katli.

We’ll start at 11.30. Duration – about 2 hours.

And this time I am going to dedicate it to Celiac Awareness Month – May, so as I promised I’ve planned to cook very special desserts: chocolate tart, cupcakes, chickpeas meringue, kaju katli, marzipan, vegan ice-cream and yogurts and my favorite almond biscuits with cranberries.  You will find me on the 21st of May in St.-Petersburg /Russia/ by the address: Professora Popova street, 23L (near underground Petrogradskaya) in the art space «Cleverstudia».
