So it is the fourth time already I am taking part in Restaurant day. And this time I am going to dedicate it to Celiac Awareness Month – May, so as I promised I’ve planned to cook very special desserts: chocolate tart, cupcakes, chickpeas meringue, kaju katli, marzipan, vegan ice-cream and yogurts and my favorite almond biscuits with cranberries. You will find me on the 21st of May in St.-Petersburg /Russia/ by the address: Professora Popova street, 23L (near underground Petrogradskaya) in the art space «Cleverstudia». The event will start at 12.00 and end after the last sold dessert. All my products will be gluten free, diary free, eggs free and some of them with no refined sugar.
