My team and I are pleased to invite you on June 19 (Sunday) at 18.00 to the first “supper club” in the framework of the project “I like gluten free”. For those who are still not familiar with this format of dinner, I’ll tell you a little bit more about it. Inherently, it’s a themed dinner party, and the venue and subject matter of the evening can be absolutely any. As for «supper club» on «I like gluten free», it is planned a series of events. In autumn, a gluten-free wedding will be organized in the same format.
As it was mentioned in the publications previously, the project “I like gluten free” is unique in that it employs people with a diagnosed “celiac disease / gluten intolerance”. And we’re the only team in which the kitchen is completely gluten free, without dairy and without eggs. Also, we use mostly organic and farm products.
The first dinner party “I like gluten free” is dedicated to gluten-free Italy: life and travel in its regions. During the evening you will learn about the lifestyle of the Italians with a diagnosis of “celiac disease” and the opportunities that the state provides to people with gluten intolerance and other products. Additionally, you will receive practical information about gluten-free restaurants, hotels, stores, and cooking classes for 2016 in Italy. But we can also discuss any other topics that interest you, and not be limited to only one subject matter.
Our dinner will consist of three courses and the key one will be Italian pasta with homemade pesto sauce. For snacks I will serve: baked marbled beef, salad of quinoa, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and freshly baked bread. And the dessert… let it remain a surprise. If you have an allergy/intolerance to any products (except for gluten, dairy and eggs), please let us know about it in advance – the menu will be adjusted.
