The project “I like gluten free” invites you on 24 July (Sunday) to the masterclass in cooking frozen fruit sorbet without sugar, which we do with you on the basis of non-dairy yogurt. We will eat it with a gluten-free vegan ice cream cone.
I will also show you the technology of creating yogurt, and we will sculpt candy from the pulp of the cashew.
The masterclass will start at 11.30 am and last about 2 hours.
