One more idea for a tasty picnic.
- 200 ml water
- 150 g cane sugar
- 50 g goji berries
- 8 cloves
- 500 ml Karkade
- 120 ml fresh lime juice (as an alternative I use a mix of lemon and orange)
- sparkling mineral water (or cocnut water)
- Put on the fire a pot with 200 ml of water together with berries, sugar and cloves until the mixture boils. Then pull the cloves out of the mixture, grind it by the blender and put throw a sieve. The syrup is ready.
- Mix in a jug goji berry syrup, karkade, juice and sparkling water. Serve with ice cubes.
