Gluten-free Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

As I am one of the biggest pasta lovers in the world, I have so many recipes of sauces, and one of them is for Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca.


  • gluten-free spaghetti
  • can of organic chopped tomatoes (fresh or sun-dried will work also too)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 8 fillets of anchovies
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 10 olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • black pepper
  • sea salt


  1. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, add salt and cook spaghetti 12 minutes according to the instructions.
  2. At the same time of making spaghetti start to prepare the sauce. Fry, in a pan with olive oil, first peeled and chopped garlic with anchovies, and then add tomatoes, olives, capers and some pepper. Stew sauce for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti in the pan, mix properly and serve hot.
