If you love your girlfriend and she is a Celiac, you still have time to make for her this wonderful gluten free bouquet of peonies for 8th of March – International Women’s Day. You will need radishes, green peas, Wraps “Schaer” and filling. Whoever your girlfriend is vegan or meat lover, you will find the recipes of beatroot humus and chicken salad below. Ingredients:
- 1 large beetroot
- 50 g chickpeas
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp tahini
For tahini (everything, which is over can be frozen)
- 100 g sesame
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml very cold water
- half of lemon, squeezed
Method:
- Soak chickpeas in water for about 6 hours and cook in a boiled water until soft.
- Preheat oven to 190°С (375°F). Wrap beetroot in a foil paper and bake for about 1,5 hours.
- Grind all the ingredients for tahini until smooth.
- Add cooked chickpeas and baked, chopped beetroot to 1 table spoon of tahini paste in a blender. Salt and pepper and grind until smooth.
- Warm the wrap for 1,5 minute from each side in a pre-heated non-stick pan.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast, cooked (you can use the recipe here)
- 3 strips of bacon, fried
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
- Warm the wrap for 1,5 minute from each side in a pre-heated non-stick pan.
- Slice chicken into 3 pieces and put it on the wrap with bacon.
- Mix mustard and syrup, until smooth. Pour it above. Enjoy!
