- Gluten-free vegan biscuits from four ingredients
It is a very simple and one of the fasters recipes I have ever used for making cookies.
Ingredients:
- 1 jar cashew butter (340 g)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp almond extract
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°С (350°F).
- In a mixer combine all ingredients.
- Form small balls (not bigger than a tea spoon) by hands and press down by the fork onto a lined baking sheet / silicone carpet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let the biscuits cool completely before moving them in other case they will crumble.
