Gluten-free vegan biscuits from four ingredients

It is a very simple and one of the fasters recipes I have ever used for making cookies.


  • 1 jar cashew butter (340 g)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp almond extract


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°С (350°F).
  2. In a mixer combine all ingredients.
  3. Form small balls (not bigger than a tea spoon) by hands and press down by the fork onto a lined baking sheet / silicone carpet.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let the biscuits cool completely before moving them in other case they will crumble.
