Gluten-free spaghetti with sauce Bolognese

To make sauce Bolognese you need first to make tomato sauce, the recipe of which you can find here. Then you will need 0,5 kg of fresh beef, gluten-free spaghetti, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil and one of the ingredients, which you won’t find in this recipe in Italian cuisine –carrot!!! I hope that all followers of  authenticity national cuisine will forgive me. So make mincemeat of the beef, fry it with olive oil and grated carrot. Then add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and stew. Serve with spaghetti or other kind of pasta you like and add some vegan parmesan.
