Cooked amaranth with honey and ground cinnamon

Cooked amaranth with honey and ground cinnamon is a wonderful gluten-free and vegan option for dreakfast. Just boil the amaranth in proportion of 1 to 2,5 of water or almond milk. Add honey/agave nectar or anything you like in a plate (it’s especially good with almond and dried cherries). Enjoy your meal!
